I've always known this as Dutch Song .
I was busking in Amstrerdam in the 60's and still retain many friends there.
For those looking for the Red Rose Café, I'm sure there must be one somewhere which claims to be IT ,but, the Dutch Song simply says " En een kleine café bij de Haven " forgive my Dutch Grammar - simply in a small café by the harbour.
