And now, a non-commercial(radio)interuption -
This Sunday, June 20th, my special guest will be Andy Cohen. Andy (www.andycohenmusic.com) is an amazing musician. His knowledge of blues and American music is extraordinary, and I would venture to say that he is the one artist who is the closest to replicating the guitar work of Rev. Gary Davis. He has studied Davis' music (and he knew him, although briefly)and is a walking encyclopedia. In addition, he is one of the only (perhaps the only) dulceola player performing today.
In addition, I will be previewing the Old Songs Festival. Hopefully, we will be chatting with Andy Spence as well.
