The solution as I stated before is very very simple (for Windows XP.)

Ditch Zone alarm and then go into NETWORK CONNECTIONS -right click on whichever icon is responsible for your internet connect - and cick on the ADVANCED tab at the top, and enable the FIREWALL by clicking the box. Problem solved.

By the way I like your ice cream a lot!   :-)
