I wondered lonely as a rat
that skulked down low in gutters dank
when all at once i saw a Cat
and thought - o jaysus, what a wank
along the thread first here then there
fluttered and dangled much hot air
continous as the wind that winds
and thunders through the mudcat way
i saw, with never ending rhyme
this thread survived another day.
