Fantastic stuff, Reggie. D'ya mind if I steal/print it out for the organizational meeting Thursday? Your ideas might provide some relief for this year (although I can't promise about the heat--I'm good, but I'm not THAT good)

I'm not a huge fan of the evening concerts myself. Too many times I've hustled gear from the museum to Bob's, turned around and ran back to the museum, etc. Worse yet for trying to coordinate trips to acts I'd like to watch, yikes. It's also a real toss up as to whether you'll get people who want to be at 'folklife' or people who want to be in a bar.

You won't have to worry much about CD sales this year. I offered to help man the Sales/Info booth at the museum, and I can sell ice to Eskimos (I did it once, honest!)
