Sorry, MAG, I've been out/in and about too much and missed your request. The only way I've ever known to make amaretto sours is just to pour your pleasure over some "rocks", then add a bit of sour mix...it's really to taste, and then sip. I don't think the sour would go well with vanilla ice cream, but the amaretto might, esp. with some apricots!

I've got a newly decorated bathroom this week, new sink, new paint, new cabinet...it's loverly!!
