As the sole "sane one", there is no standard against which to judge. Therefore, how do we know?

Apart from the difficulty of defining "sanity" and "insanity", poets (such as Dickinson) and natural philosophers (such as Paul Dirac) have noted that one defines the other by comparison. Ergo, if then everyone here is "insane", "insanity" is "sanity" and khandu is "insane."
