Of course in full it should say, "a [guitar] player new to that style of play," though in my defense it did specify that it was just so you could accompany them. I am fortunate enough to have heard you sing and play many a time. I was also glad you sang Phil Ochs' "Pleasures of the Harbor" again that night too. And is that not a new guitar? (Maybe you could pretend "new guitar player" could also be worded "player of a new guitar"...)
