I don't recommend using those types of drinks frequently. We had a kitchen remodeler drop dead on the job from a massive heart attack at our house. On the counter he was demolishing was a half empty (or half full, if you're an optimist) energy drink, and an empty bottle. True, he was overweight and ruddy complected, but I don't believe those drinks did him any good. Hand to heart, this is a true occurance. ---John
