Thanks Q. I think one of the Delius songs ("Birdie") was to have appeared in Bk. 2, but I've found nothing on the "Streamlet" tune. One or both of these may have been dropped, as you say. Getting a look at those Silver-Burdett archives could be a way of finding out more, but no response from them yet. Thanks again for looking.
