Amos, www.paroles.net, the giant French lyrics site, lists the song as "La Seine," and gives the lyrics you posted (same authors and date) as sung by Jacqueline François, and also gives it as sung by Anny Gould. They seem the same at first glance. Nice song.

I have tried a lot of possibilities, but can't find in French either half of "You will find your love in Paris /by the river Seine."
