Problem is that, even if it doesn't get very far it will cost the taxpayers in legal costs for both sides and that ain't cheap!

I'm afraid that I have very little faith in our 'justice' system, which seems almost to bend over backwards to accommodate those who least deserve it and penalises those that need it.

a lot of these cases are brought under the 'Human Rights' umbrella that these low lifes will manipulate to their own advantage. What about the human rights of the victims? To my way of thinking someone who can behave in the way this man did loses the majority of his human rights.
