Has the date and the location really been absolutely decided? Couldn't you hold it in Rekyavik on 29th August? Or if that isn't possible, how about having a Mudcat tent at the Zeal Monachorum Dwarf Hurling Festival. That has been going longer, you know, and it's near the centre of Europe.
