Your Honour, Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, Are we all not in our own way similar to the banjo? A little highly strung, maybe just a little off beat and sometimes out of tune with others. Despite this we are entitled to our existence and I suggest, no demand, that this should be so for the banjo.
