The second part of your question, LarryK, about would it be worth another four years of Bush to have Osoma captured is a complete no bariners... Heck no! Bush has done more damage to America than Osoma could do if he lived to be a couple hundred years old. I have no fear of Osaom but now, Bush? Whew! He scares the willies out of me...
As for Osoma being captired on the 14th of October being a good thing or bad thing... Well, I guessed the 2nd of October, but now I'm having reservations because that is a Saturday and I wouldn't think Bush would want a Saturday capture because of the golf thing. That's when mosr angry white men are watching their golf shows and Bush would really hate to interupt his voting and financial base by interupting some putt on the 18th hole...
