The neo-con Repubs have already stalled all efforts to bring legislation to a vote in Congress that would require a paper trail (thus allowing a recount if needed this fall), and the voting software is "proprietary" and owned by pro-Bush companies. I.e., our voting system is being "privatized" as we speak.
