Does anyone know the name of an American folk/bluegrass trio that came to the UK in the early 70's, although I think they had been around a while before that. I seem to remember a fiddle, guitar and banjo. The leader was Tom something. I have a few tunes on tape including "Nickety Nackety Now Now Now" and a guitar and spoons duet. There was also a tall story about an old Ford car that died and then fixed itself and a double-barrelled gun that shot ducks up the river and geese down the river or vice versa!! I've been racking my brains. Please help.
