The Gershwins had a hard time getting the singer into the song. The first eight lines may be considered an introduction, but there were even more lines sung in advance of them.
Can't find any better chords than those at Guitar Guy. It is not in a couple of fake books I have. Sheetmusicplus.com claim their sheet music has voice, piano and guitar chords, but I don't know if it is complete. $3.95.
