I find it amazing that you seem so convinced but have no current evidence for such a serious accusation. I honestly think that the Jewish leaders speaking for Pollard is putting the government in an akward position. It is certianly sending the wrong message to members of your community who are in government service.

Zilch, it is not a matter of influence. It is a matter of sentencing recommendation. Influential people speak at parole hearings and such every day. Who would be in a better position to speak on sentecing of a spy than a senior official?
