Not speaking about Music Colleges and Conservatory (the only exception is Moscow State Concervatory). And I must to say, at present a students who play an Piano accordions getting more than button's accordionists (Bayan), especially at the Music Schools.
In my opinion, for the starting to develop Accordion art, for example in Korea, they need professional a teacher, who will SHOW them how to play an accordion and who will TEACH them.
Surely, this condition is not the only.
