I have been researching this epiphone frontier: so far this is whhat I have got: it was built by Gibson during the time Ted McCarty was president of the company (1948-66). It was designed to compete with the Martin and is a maple-bodied square shouldered dreadnought. This is the info: Frontier model, FT110 (FT=flat topand by checking the serial number: #130502, I determined it was made in 1963.Anyway< my e-mail is RAHLB@aol.com in USA. I am needing to figure out a price for the instrument as I want to sellit like I said. The finish is original and somewhat distressed at this point. It has had some interior work done to at least stabilize some cracking on front but finish was never touched.
