I only know you through Mudcat, but don't like to hear of anyone with problems involving 'Men with Knives', as my doctor puts it!
On the bright side, the actress Maureen Lipman had something like this done a few years back, and can still dance round the stage at the National Theatre playing a rather yiddish Aunt Ellie in Oklahoma!
