The Traditional Ballad Index has only one entry for this one, from Austin E. and Alta S. Fife, Cowboy and Western Songs (1969). here's the Traditional Ballad Index entry. If anyone has the version from Fife or any other version of this particular Jesse James song, pleas post it.

Can anybody else find "Jesse V" in the Ballad Index?
