I'll go along with LH on this one. I reckon that a bit of work keeping the body fit makes the ride even better and I'm finding that it's all getting to be more fun the older I get. To my mind I'm not much more than half way there yet so there's still a lot of fun to come.

As for the happy love affairs - I think I might even have cracked that one as well.
