Am I alone in finding this sort of Webspeak shorthand both frustrating and confusing. That such an oft used expression can be interpreted in two diametrically opposed ways speaks for itself.
We have enough misunderstandings on Mudcat as it is. English is a wonderful language. Why not use it ?
