I found the list GUEST posted quite interesting. I can see why a Republican might feel that the majority of these, or even all of them were 'good'. I wonder how many of them would be supported by say 70% of voters - i.e. are generally agreed by Americans to be good. Or, if you want to put it another way, which of them would the next Democratic government - whenever that may be - want to build on rather than reverse?

One that struck me was "Environment & Energy: Killed the Kyoto Global Warming Treaty." I'd be interested to know whether the majority of Republicans think that 'killing' the agreement is a 'good' or not.
