Maybe Bush can put the CIA onto finding the secret plan. Heck, if they can't find it maybe Cheney can take one over to them and pressure them into releasing it and then maybe Bush can declare war on Kerry and we won't have to worry none about these pesky danged election thingies that tend to get Bush all grumpy.
