There WILL be a Sidmouth in 2006. The 'steering group' will meet in November and form a Voluntary Trust which will run a festival with the same scope, but perhaps slightly smaller, in 2006. Next year there will be a 'fringe without a festival', as there is not enough time to set up a festival in a year. I will make sure that anything I hear is posted - I'm only a hour from Sidmouth and have already volunteered our services to help in any way needed in setting up. Please support all the endeavours of those setting up the new festival and give them a chance.
