Subject: BS: Name of painting? Tabu ad
True-love has always liked the painting used for the first advertisment for Tabu perfume. Most Mudcatters over 50 will remember it. It shows a violinist in a passionate embrace with a lady piano player. I've searched all over the net for it. Came up with a few references to it, and with the newer one of an artist being seduced by her naked male model. That's a good one too but the music-related one strikes a chord with us - so to speak. (It was a banjo and guitar for us but I digress!) It may have been a painting by John Honore Fragonard 1732-1806 - or based on one of his. Hints of that possibility here and there. I'd dearly love to find a copy. Even the name of the painting would be a good start. Any ideas? Thanks Joy
