Interesting. As a long-time fan of Dr. Who from the U.S., it's good to see the series continue. I was one of the instigators of a campaign to get Dr. Who on U.S. TV back in the early 80s. Miami's public TV station began showing it and we then started a SF con that had a decidedly Dr. Who feel. I've met 5 of the first 6 doctors (Hartnell had passed by then) as well as a number of other cast members. We used to entice them over the con in the nice weather of a February in Miami.

I remember having a great conversation in the hot tub with Pat Troughton and Colin Baker.
