Yes Jon, I do mean Am F G, but as I have no knowledge of musical theory at all and can't read a note I just transcribed in my head and realised that the chord order was wrong. I actually play "ride on" by including a hammered on C chord(well- some of it) on the way to the F. People who have heard me play it say it sounds good. (Though they can't explain their poor taste!)
