I always use

View, Textsize

Then select the size you prefer
Largest
Larger
Medium
Smaller
Smallest

Plus you can select

Tools, Internet Options
Select the General Tab
and then click on the FONT button and change your font style
and then click on the COLOUR button and change your font colours etc
