After yesterdays' fiercely contested local derby between Middlesbrough and Newcastle, which ended in a 2-2 draw, both sets of fans were let out of the ground to go home and I'm happy to report that the black and white shirts mingled with the red shirts without a problem.
Not so long ago it would have unthinkable to let the visiting fans within half a mile of the home fans!
