Cluin--your terminology --"preach to the choir" isn't only misplaced, it has no meaning at all in reference to the motives and work carried out by the people who were featured. I cannot see how any compassionate human being could attempt to belittle the good works of anyone---not only the people in the King programme--who make genuine attempts to alleviate the cruel effects of mines. Excepting, that is, somebody who has a blind allegiance to an item like G.W.Bush, whose opportunistic lies after the Towers tragedy brought further horror to the Mid-East, in the form of mines, frag-bombs, D.U. ammo and other ongoing atrocities.
No, Cluin---I will not listen to his views on my home t.v. I read and hear more than enough in news-sheets and propaganda/news programmes to let me know that no change of heart can be reasonably expected. And that, Sir, is critical thinking.
