That (the ddownstairs room) was agreed with the previous landlord and mentioned in an earlier thread, however last weekend when I spoke to the new landlord, Graham, he said it was full of his furniture, obviously he has now moved it, I think we may end up using both up and down stairs as I have a feeling there will be a lot of people
