The Department of Homeland Skurity has declared a terrorist alert level of "Flaming Crimson." Tom Gully, the Secretary of Homeland Skurity, said "the snowfall, originating as it has from a single truck, is a blatant attempt to bring this country to its knees. We can't let that happen."

The President stated in a news conference, "We'll use every means at our disposal to end this terror, even nukler bombs if we must. America will be defended!"

Meanwhile, vast flocks of pigeons have left cities in the Midwest, the East Coast, and the West coast and seem to be converging on the site of the truck. NORAD has issued the first "Guano Alert" in its history, putting all of SAC's bombers and missiles under shelter. The EPA has suggested all civilians in the path of the pigeons to wear sturdy hats.
