In Germany, we use the American system (that was changed about 15 years ago - I don't remember the exact year, but when I got my driver's licence we still had the other system ...)

Ireland? Never drove a car there, only rode my bicycle, so I can't say for sure. But there are roundabouts everywhere ;-)

Italy? Never drove a car there, only rode my bicycle. Can't really say.
