Thread Name: Lyr Req: Serving Jesus with a Smile
Subject: Lyr Req: Serving Jesus with a Smile
Or maybe that's not the title.
Anyway, I got some of it from a 78rpm record, but a lot of the words seem garbled, This is what I was able to decipher:

Are you giving to the world a smile?
Helping brighten someone's weary mile,
Do you greet the world with song,
As you lightly pass along,
cheering those that you may meeet along life's way?

Chorus:
Give the world a smile each day,
helping someone on life's way,
from the path of sin bring the (?) in
to the Master's fold today,
(something garbled)
(THis line, too)
(and this line)
and all the world will see that you're out serving Jesus with
a smile

2nd verse:
You may be a shining light today,
Helping souls to heaven's glory way,
If you let your light so shine
that they see the path divine,
and you wear a pleasant smile along the way

CHorus

third verse:
Just a bright and shining smile will win,
(something) weary path of sin,
lift him up to a higher plane
where they hear the glad refrain,
(last line garbled)

That's what I have. Does it sound familiar to anyone else?
I checked the Cyber Hymnal using the first line of the first verse as a title, also the first and last lines of the chorus, but they didn't have it.

Thanks in advance for any help. RangerSteve
