I spoke with 'Spaw and Karen, yesterday afternoon. "M" was there for the day and sounded very happy. Karen & Pat are both determined to find a solution for her. She has a lot going for her, on her own, and with them as her champions. They had worked out a lot of ideas for help and were expecting to hear back on some of them today. All three of them sounded great.
