The "Free Christian Everything" ad is probably Google attempting to kowtow to the Evangelical Religious Right Neoconservative element in hopes that John Ashcroft and George W. Bush will put in a good word for them with the Securities and Exchange Commission when that august body begins its inquiry into irregularities related to Google's recent initial public stock offering.
And, CarolC, I gave Gerrold's cape back last week. I swear, that silly boy is just such a space cadet sometimes. But I do love the way he moves those tap shoes!
