An interesting cross reference to the Independent article. First paragraph:
"Shere Hite, chronicler of female sexuality, exposes women who put down women"

Does this mean she exposes herself (in the polite meaning of that phrase) as she is clearly "putting down" (in the non-fatal meaning of that phrase) some women?
