Heard Sacred Steel for the first time two years ago, when the Campbell performed at the New Orleans Jazz Fetival -- Wow!

Since then, I've had a couple of opportunities to witness Robert Randolph, once with his own band and once with a New Orleans all-star contingent. Even more amazing!

Now that Robert is a darling of the jamband world, I suppose he has to be considered a secular "crossover" artist, even though he himself and his music are undoubtedly as spiritual as ever.
