The use of Canadian duct tape to block the sun's ray would not only give Canada's economy a much-needed boost, but also defoliate those hard-to-reach areas when the tape was torn off at the medal ceremony. An international panel of art critics would assess and judge based on balance, composition, etc. This would cause a problem for dark-skinned people, so they would be judged on the duct tape alone.
