There was a great story, on NPR, about this gentleman, the nation's longest serving mayor, who died this past weekend at 95 years old, after serving as mayor of Beaver, PA for 58 yrs! The interviewee, who worked with him, said he'd say "You can think anything you want, but once you say it, it's said." They went on to say he always had a kind word for everyone and was a real gentleman's gentleman.
