Whaddya mean about American Beer!!!??? Haven't you yayhoos ever had "curs" brewed with pure Rocky Mountian Spring Water, after it's been processed through a cowpoke's bronc? THAT is what ALL beer tastes like to me! And, I honestly had an oilfield worker come into where I was bartending, one night, and ask me for a "curs". Even though I am from here, it took me a minute to realise he was asking for "Coors".

I didn't miss food. When I left the West for the first time, for wonderful New England, I was misreably homesick for the sagebrush and meadowlarks. Now that I am back, I miss the dogwoods, magnolias, ocean (same wide-open feeling the prairie gives me, except I can't walk on it!), cardinals, and old buildings.
