Don't say La vie, c'est anything; you really want La vie est whatever elle est. Otherwise you sound like you're translating from English. How about Qu'il fait bon, (as in fait bon, fait bon), since we're so musical? La vie est belle is the best TRANSLATION, but how about a sentiment straight from the French instead?
