One of the best I've found, and that I keep coming back to is
CKUA
broadcasting from Alberta, Canada. They have a great mix of programmes, including traditional folk, blues, jazz and much more besides. All the programme schedules are listed on their website. It's what I would call "civilized broadcasting " (i.e. no bombardment with adverts !)
