I think it's just beyond any words of sympathy in any language. That this happened AGAIN (remember the cinema where dozens of people were killed by the so-called rescuers?), shows that we should be talking to the 'rebels', training the Russians in negotiation and trying to sort the problem out from the root. It's like using Agent Orange on a field. You take out the weeds but you also take out the crop. There MUST be a different solution and we MUST help them find it.
