All a thinking person needs to do is contact his or her Soul. This may not be as easy as it sounds. Depends on how your mind normally functions. Most people's minds are rather scattered, and focused more on outward distractions. Experiencing a connection with Soul is an inward process.

That's why it says in the Bible:

"Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven which is within"

and

"Be still and know God"

That means: first still the body, then still the restless, chattering mind...while remaining awake and alert. Most people have great difficulty doing that. Try it and see... Try it frequently. It's called: meditation or contemplation. Most people seem to feel they haven't got enough "time" for it! :-) That's my usual excuse too...
