Just in case you are not being sacastic, I did all that on a shoe string budget.Went to fringe events at whitby,they were just as good if not better and the other events were free any way and got there and back either on public transport or by lifts off of good mates. I camped & ate fish n chips. My biggest expense was for my booze.
